Job Summary: We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to our elderly residents in Norwich. Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and respectful personal care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

Supervise and mentor junior care staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the delivery of person-centered care that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
