Managing a team of 5 contractors
Ensure contractual obligations are fully understood and delivered and that all stakeholders are clear on expectations, direction and escalation
Provide strategic support to the contracts for delivery around recruitment and service provision.
Ensure the contracts remain financially stable, full P&L responsibility and budget control
Forecasting requirements and identifying all possible areas to improve overall bank fill rates in line with the agreed KPIs.
Using data to support key decisions on hard to fill and challenging roles.
