Key responsibilities:
Required:
Create visual designs and marketing collateral ensuring alignment with our brand standards and campaign objectives for print and digital
Creation of promotional materials e.g. brochures, presentations, flyers, models – liaising with agencies where needed
Video production
Photography (staff, projects and events)
Email marketing
Ability to take in complex information and repurpose in a user-friendly written format e.g. white papers, articles, press releases, social media content, presentations
Desired:
Awareness of SEO
Press/media experience would be advantageous
Understanding of marketing concepts and tools
Skills and experience:
1-3 years’ experience in a graphic design, marketing, communications, or creative role
Graphic design skills
Proficient with Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PremierPro)
Photography and videography experience
Experience with CMS e.g. Squarespace
Creative minded person with an eye for detail
Experience of working in a fast past environment, with a record of delivering successful projects in a timely manner
Strong project and people management skills
Experience in liaising with external agencies, as well as in- house teams
An understanding of digital channels to ensure content is delivered with best practice in mind
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in developing and implementing effective marketing creative improvements
Proven track record of continuous improvement
A collaborative team player, with strong influencing skills
Highly organised with an ability to prioritise and drive multiple projects at one time
Able to work under own initiative
Strong sense of urgency and a desire to see tasks completed on time and in full
Excellent in building trust and relationships internally and externally
Strong IT Skills – including Microsoft Office and the Adobe Suite
