Holt Engineering are currently recruiting for a Fulfilment Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing fulfilment operation in Poole.

This is a great opportunity for someone with general warehouse experience who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

You'll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
Immediate starts are available, with the opportunity for long-term and permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities
Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
Packing orders ready for dispatch
Checking products and orders for accuracy
Receiving and processing incoming stock
Labelling and preparing parcels for shipment
Preparing orders for dispatch
Moving stock around the warehouse
Completing stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory
Using warehouse systems where required
Ensuring orders are completed within required timeframes
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
Working closely with the wider warehouse team
Supporting with general warehouse duties when required Experience & Skills RequiredWe're looking for candidates who have:

Previous general warehouse experience – essential
Excellent attention to detail
A reliable and dependable attitude
Great attendance and punctuality
The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
A flexible attitude and willingness to support across the warehouse
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A positive, hardworking and can-do attitude
Good communication skills
The ability to follow processes and instructions
