C# Developer

What you00ll be doing

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using C# / .NET Core and cloud technologies.
• Contributing to the full product lifecycle, from concept and architecture through to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to translate real00world healthcare challenges into elegant technical solutions.
• Owning the reliability, performance, and scalability of your code in production environments.
• Helping shape technical strategy and mentoring other engineers to raise the overall engineering standard.

Tech environment

What we00re looking for

• Solid experience building production software in C# (or a comparable language such as Java).
• A strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and clean architecture principles.
• Exposure to agile, cross00functional product teams where user value drives technical decisions.
• Ideally, experience working within the HealthTech sector 00or on software used by clinicians, patients, or healthcare partners.
• A continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative, problem00solving approach.
