Are you an experienced retail manager looking for a new challenge?
We're looking for a confident and commercially minded Store Manager to take the lead in a busy Redhill store. You'll be responsible for driving sales, developing your team and making sure the store delivers a great customer experience.
This is a hands-on management role where you'll be visible on the shop floor, leading by example and creating a positive environment for your team. You'll have ownership of your store's performance, working closely with the wider management team to identify opportunities and drive results.
We're open to experienced Store Managers, Deputy Managers or strong Assistant Managers who are ready to take the next step. Fashion experience would be ideal, but isn't essential if you have a strong high street retail background.
What's on offer:
£30,000 basic salary + bonus

40 hours per week, with 32 hours also considered on a pro-rata basis

We're looking for someone who is people-focused, commercially aware and confident working to KPIs, with a proven track record of leading and developing a team.
The flexibility around hours could also make this a great option for an experienced manager who is looking for a 32-hour working week rather than traditional full-time hours.
