Our client is a Top 10 Chartered Financial Planner & Employee Benefits firm, based near Redhill, Surrey. This award-winning business has a new requirement for a Trainee IFA Administrator to join it's expanding Private Client Support team. The role's been created due to a large increase in business.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Client Services, the Trainee IFA Administrator's main purpose is to undertake administration on all types of pre and post sales activity for the firm's Financial Advisers and thereby contribute to the delivery of the firm's high quality service to existing and prospective clients. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate. The Trainee IFA Administrator's key duties will include:
To help gather and collate information on current and prospective clients to help the adviser and paraplanning team to undertake the required research to prepare and formulate the advice recommendations.
To prepare the client packs for the client meetings ahead of the scheduled meeting with the adviser.
To send out pre-review packs to the clients ahead of their meetings with their adviser and send these via the client portal or if sending by post write cover letter and get pack ready to send by post.
To pre-populate and upload the risk questionnaires for the clients to complete.
To deal with incoming correspondence through the issue of letters and emails to clients and product providers.
REQUIREMENTS
