The Horse & Jockey is located just outside Wilmslow town centre, which gives it more of a local neighbourhood feel. Close to countryside routes leading toward Mobberley, Knutsford, and Alderley Edge

Our vision for the Horse & Jockey is offering the best pint where friends & families gather, new friendships are made and experiences shared. A true community pub at the centre of all that goes on in Wilmslow. You will show SKY & TNT Sports throughout the week, run quizzes, entertainment, discos, karaoke . You will, in effect, have something for all ages and tastes.

An ideal opportunity exists for the operator to introduce a premium sharing-platter food offer, perfectly suited to the pubs relaxed, social atmosphere.

The pub is open plan with zoned areas for sports, dining and drinks. There s an external drinking area with a car park

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience managing a busy food pub or hospitality venue.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

A passion for great food, drink, and customer service.

Commercially astute with experience in stock control, budgeting, and driving sales.

Community-minded with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
