Location: Worthing

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

I am seeking an experienced, Level 4 Diploma-qualified Paraplanner to join a well-established financial services firm. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Financial Advisers and Sales Support teams, providing high-quality technical support and contributing to the delivery of comprehensive wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain client files

Draft and implement recommendations

Ensure compliance documentation is complete

Conduct due diligence for investment committee

Provide technical support to advisers

Write client-focused reports

Research and review market products

Assist the Paraplanning Line Manager with ad hoc tasks

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a paraplanning role, including Annual Reviews and Recommendation Reports

Level 4 Diploma qualified (or close)

Proficient in Intelligent Office, CashCalc, Genovo & FE Analytics (or similar systems)

Strong organisational and decision-making skills

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Thorough understanding of compliance regulations

Adaptable and proactive
