From managing supplier records and contracts to coordinating governance processes and supporting colleagues across the business, your work will help ensure we deliver efficient, compliant and value-driven services for our customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working with systems, managing information and building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support across procurement activities, helping maintain accurate records, robust governance processes and reliable data.

Your Role Will Include

  • Supporting supplier onboarding and contract administration
  • Maintaining procurement information across systems including D365
  • Coordinating sign and seal processes and procurement documentation
  • Managing team inboxes, meetings and action tracking
  • Producing reports and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting governance, compliance and audit requirements
  • Building positive relationships with colleagues and suppliers

What You'll Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.

You’ll Have

  • Experience in an administrative, coordination or support role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work
  • The ability to handle confidential information professionally

Experience using procurement, finance or business systems such as D365 would be beneficial, although training will be provided.

What’s in it for you?

This role offers a great opportunity to develop your knowledge of procurement, governance and commercial operations within a large, purpose-led organisation.

You’ll gain exposure to procurement systems, supplier management, reporting and process improvement while working alongside experienced procurement professionals.
