About the Role: We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our expansion into the domestic market. Leveraging an Energy-as-a-Service platform, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to save customers money and lower their carbon footprint. With a customer-centric approach and a focus on sustainability, you'll drive sales growth and help us reach our ambitious goals.
Responsibilities:
Scale the sales process, penetrating every town and community with our message of sustainable energy.
Recruit top-tier sales talent passionate about sustainability and dedicated to driving growth.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Collaborate with marketing to implement effective outreach strategies, including local radio campaigns.
Develop and execute sales initiatives to expand our presence in the domestic market.

Minimum Qualifications:
