Cardo Group are currently looking to recruit a Contracts Manager for our responsive repairs team, covering the Bristol, Bath and Gloucester areas. The role will be based at our Bristol office primarily, with the option to work from the Gloucester office where required.
Role Overview:
The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing contracts related to social housing maintenance, refurbishment, and new build projects. This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and compliance standards.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to support housing services and improve outcomes for residents.
