Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who can also provide leadership skills.

Warehouse Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities:

Carry out picking, packing and general warehouse duties

Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently

Load, unload and move stock around the warehouse

Lead and support a small warehouse team of two colleagues

Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse

Handle manual lifting, including bags weighing up to 25kg

Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times

Warehouse Supervisor Ideal Candidate:

Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment

Counterbalance Forklift licence (essential)

Confident leading a small team and taking responsibility

Physically fit and happy carrying out manual handling duties

Comfortable working in a dusty and industrial environment

Strong understanding of warehouse Health & Safety

Reliable, organised and able to work on your own initiative

Willing to complete Emergency First Aid at Work training if required

Warehouse Supervisor Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 17:00
