Job Description

Executive PA / Administrator

Job Type: Part-Time, Temporary (until March 2026)

Location: Hybrid/Flexible Working Available

Salary: £12.71 to £20 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive PA/Administrator to provide dedicated support to the CEO and wider team during a particularly busy period. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation at an exciting time, managing a significant four-year funding application alongside a major investment programme.

Day-to-day of the role:

Manage and draft professional correspondence and emails on behalf of the CEO.

Handle complex diary management and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.

Organise stakeholder meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up actions.

Support internal communications and wider administrative processes across the organisation.

Take accurate minutes during meetings and produce clear action logs.

Monitor outstanding actions, deadlines, and project milestones, proactively chasing updates where required.

Provide day-to-day executive support, ensuring the smooth running of the CEO's workload.

Assist with general administration and coordination across multiple business projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience supporting senior leaders at Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator level.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong written communication skills, with experience drafting professional correspondence.

Confidence liaising with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.

Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.

Experience taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions.

A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
