Position Summary
We are currently looking for someone to manage and execute the entire life cycle process of inbound orders received from our retailers across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills as this role is a central communication point between Sales, Planning, and our third-party warehouses.
Responsibilities
Processing and troubleshooting of all inbound and outbound EDI transactions
Order allocation of product based on forecast
Full ownership of order to cash process
Daily communication on order status, out of stocks, shipping delays, and so on
Daily interaction with internal teams such as Sales, Planning & Warehousing
Maintain and ensure vendor compliance as it pertains to specific retailer requirements
Understanding of regulatory requirements that are country specific
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Management or equivalent experience
1-3 years’ experience in related field preferably consumer products
Must be proficient in Excel, including but not limited to Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
Experience working with EDI transactions and troubleshooting; experience with ERP systems (i.e. NetSuite/ SAP)
Prior experience with International accounts including all necessary shipping documentation requirements
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Superior attention to detail under tight deadlines
Proven ability to work well with others in a team environment and amongst all levels of the organization
