The clients Onboarding team is responsible for the successful registration and accreditation of all UK, EEA and ANZ customers. The team works within the Marketing and Sales cycle to ensure we can onboard our customers quickly, efficiently and compliantly. Specialising in CDD and KYC, the Onboarding team interacts daily with Product, Tech and Customer facing teams to enhance customer experience from the very start of their journey with the client.Responsibilities:?Work closely with Sales & Customer facing teams to complete thorough CDD & KYC/KYB reviews to seamlessly onboard business customers ?Manage workload productively within agreed SLAs, adhere to approved policies and maintain best practices ?Verify KYC/KYB documents, ownership structures, payment flows, and UBO information?Conduct clear and consistent periodic account reviews of existing clients information for ongoing KYC purposes?Ensure that KYC/KYB and CDD quality standards and controls are always observed, support a culture of continuous improvement?Accurately record information in systems and raise any anomalies or errors?Establish and maintain effective relationships within the team and relevant stakeholders. ?Provide guidance to customer facing teams with regards to the onboarding policies?Communicate with clients via phone, email or chat - where needed - to facilitate a positive customer onboarding experienceMerchant Services International is a global team, we're currently located in Sydney, Kuala Lumpur, Luxembourg, Amsterdam and London.
