Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager. You will identify new business opportunities in this role, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and helping clients unlock their full potential through our award-winning services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients, including PR campaigns, marketing strategies, and 3D rendering support.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics and business development activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of public relations, marketing and networking within the south west.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
