Job Description

MCS Group is partnering with a manufacturing firm in Lisburn to recruit for a payroll officer on a full time, permanent basis. The Rewards: Business Performance Bonus Scheme Flexi Time Policy Health shield Group life assurance The Role: Reporting to the HR Director job duties involve: Manage delivery, processing and approval of weekly and monthly payroll Liaise with 3rd party payroll, insurance brokers, healthcash plan and pension providers. Manage the payroll inbox, ensuring queries are responded to and resolution provided in a timely manner. Produce payroll reports for month end reconciliations. Provide payroll data Administration of return to work processes. Processing Agency workers Timesheets. Any other duties highlighted in the job description What You Need to Succeed?
