The Role As HR Advisor, you'll provide day-to-day HR support with a strong focus on Employee Relations. Working closely with managers across the business, you'll advise on a variety of people matters and help ensure a fair, consistent and legally compliant approach. Key responsibilities include: Providing advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, capability and suspension cases. Managing a varied ER caseload from start to finish, ensuring cases are handled professionally and in line with employment legislation. Supporting managers through formal HR processes, preparing documentation and maintaining accurate records. Liaising with Occupational Health providers and supporting wellbeing-related cases. Assisting with Employment Tribunal administration and documentation where required. Working collaboratively with the wider HR team to continually improve HR processes and service delivery. About You You'll ideally have: Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role with significant ER exposure. Confidence managing a varied Employee Relations caseload independently. A strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to influence, coach and support managers effectively. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Experience within a fast-paced HR environment, shared service or advisory function would be advantageous. What's on Offer?
