Winchester, Hampshire | £37,000 – £42,000 depending on experience and technical capability level | Flexible working arrangements

Hunter Dunning is working with an established practice in Winchester, Hampshire on an Architect Job Winchester opportunity within the architecture sector. The role focuses on bespoke private residential design, with involvement across all RIBA stages, detailed design, planning submissions, and construction documentation. This position offers design responsibility on high quality residential projects within a supportive studio culture.

Your Experience

  • Minimum three years of professional experience within architectural practice delivering UK based projects
  • Strong knowledge of UK planning systems, building regulations, and construction methodologies
  • Proven ability to produce technical detailing for residential or similar project types
  • Competent in ArchiCAD, or willingness to learn through structured training
  • Experience delivering bespoke residential and contextual design projects
