Job Description

Design Engineer Our client, a locally owned leading engineering company are in search of an experienced Design Engineer to join their well-established team in Armagh. This is brand new position created due to company growth. The job role: If successful in this role you will be involved in designing our clients products. Checking and approving technical drawings using design processes, procedures, and checklists. Managing design projects and developing new products. Creating BOM lists, helping carrying out costing of jobs and providing Technical advice to customers. The successful candidate must have: Relevant Degree or equivalent 3rd level qualification in Mechanical Engineering Minimum of 2+ years within a design engineer role. You will be competent on 3D CAD modelling capabilities and experienced using solid works.
