As the Registered Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional care and managerial oversight. You will ensure the home operates in accordance with all regulatory standards and achieves the highest levels of care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the home.
Lead and inspire a team of care professionals.
Develop and implement care plans that cater to the individual needs of the residents.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards.
Manage budgets and resources effectively.
Foster relationships with local authorities, families, and external agencies.
