Ground Worker Immediate Starts Available

Location: Cheshire & Merseyside Pay: £16£20 per hour (DOE) Hours: Full-time, ongoing work Start: ASAP Work until 2028!

About the Role

HH Recruitment are searching for reliable, hands-on Ground Workers to join busy construction teams across the region. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outdoor, physical work and takes pride in getting the job done to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • General groundworks including digging, trenching and site preparation

  • Assisting with concreting, drainage and kerb laying

  • Operating basic tools and equipment safely

  • Supporting trades on site as required

  • Maintaining a clean, safe working environment

What Were Looking For

  • Previous groundworks or construction experience

  • CSCS/CPCS card

  • Good attitude, strong work ethic and reliability

  • Ability to work well as part of a team

  • Own PPE
