Im recruiting for an accountancy firm in Diss that needs an experienced Manager to take responsibility for a varied client portfolio. This is more than a technical review position. Youll be trusted to build relationships, guide colleagues and help clients make good decisions for their businesses.

Accountancy Practice Manager - What youll be doing:

Managing a portfolio of clients and becoming a trusted point of contact.

Reviewing accounts and other work prepared by the team.

Advising clients and drawing on specialist colleagues when needed.

Coaching and developing team members.

Building local relationships and contributing to the growth of the office.

What youll bring:

Youll be ACA or ACCA qualified, or hold an equivalent qualification, with substantial post qualified experience in an accountancy practice. Youll have managed client relationships and a team, and be comfortable combining technical oversight with hands on leadership.

Whats on offer for theAccountancy Practice Manager:

The salary is £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
