A role where every day is different You'll be part of a supportive, therapeutic team, helping children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs to feel understood and empowered. Your day-to-day will include: Supporting routines like school, appointments and daily activities Building meaningful, trusting relationships Encouraging independence, confidence and life skills Planning fun and engaging experiences, from outdoor activities to gaming, crafts or days out Keeping accurate records using our digital care systems This isn't a desk-based role, it's hands-on, rewarding, and genuinely life-changing.
