Electrical Project Manager - Building Services

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a highly respected Electrical Building Services contractor based in the East Midlands. The company works across multiple sectors, including commercial, office fit‑out, industrial and more, with projects ranging from £100k up to £15m. They provide a full range of electrical installation services, from design through to commissioning, and are looking to recruit an experienced manager to support their continued growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee and manage projects assigned to you, ensuring that they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

Manage the procurement of projects

Prepare technical submissions and secure approvals

Assist in the production of risk and method statements

Financially manage the project and work within budgets set

Manage the site team

Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project life cycle

Desirable Experience and Key Skills

Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Building Services Project Manager or similar role (e.g., Electrical Contracts Manager)

Experience in successfully delivering projects ranging from £500,000 up to £7,000,000

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Salary and Benefits Package

Base salary: £55,000 – £65,000
