THE ROLE
You will be responsible for sourcing new leads and contacting existing leads to organise sales meetings for the new business sales team. Hard working, determined, enthusiastic, with an eye for detail are a must. A track record of success is a bonus.
We work as a meritocracy, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to advance their career by moving into the outside sales team, subject to proving a success in this role.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Ideally minimum of 3 months experience of successfully setting up meetings, ideally with retailers
Track record of meeting and exceeding targets/KPI’s
Ideally structured telesales training such as DIPADA/AIDA but not essential
Experience of using email to generate leads
Degree level educated preferred but not essential
Good knowledge and experience of using Office 365
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing/calling/emailing new leads and arranging meetings with decision makers at relevant
retailers
Hitting pre-determined KPI targets
Effective time management and communication
RENUMERATION
Basic salary up to £30k dependent on experience. OTE £40k+ depending on success
Uncapped commission structure
25 days' holiday per year, increasing by one day for each additional year of service, to a maximum
of 28 days
