Here at Aspire People, we are searching for Teaching Assistants to join a vibrant and high-achieving secondary school in central Northampton. We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join its student-focused support team.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and other support staff to enhance the learning experience for students-particularly those who need additional guidance. Your role will involve supporting learning in class, helping to run small group sessions, and contributing to a positive, well-managed school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support students during lessons to ensure full access to the curriculum

* Assist with targeted interventions and small-group work

* Work with staff to deliver tailored learning support plans

* Promote inclusion, motivation, and resilience among students

* Maintain records to track student progress and engagement

We're Looking For Someone Who:

* Has a genuine passion for helping young people succeed

* Is adaptable, reliable, and a strong communicator

* Works well as part of a team and independently

* Can build positive relationships with students from a range of backgrounds

* Has experience in education or youth work

* A Teaching Assistant qualification is beneficial but not essential
