The Role: You will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality care to residents, ensuring their medical, personal, and emotional needs are met with empathy, respect, and professionalism. As the Deputy Nurse Manager of a general nursing facility, you play a key role in overseeing daily operations to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare standards. You work closely with the Nurse Manager to manage staffing, develop training programs, and support the nursing team in delivering compassionate, efficient care. The Requirements: Care Setting experience. Registered on the NMC for 4+ years. NMC Registered RGN, RNLD or RMN.
