Responsibilities in your new role as Junior Sous Chef
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations.
* Providing mentorship to junior team members to facilitate their growth and development.
* Ensuring compliance with HACCP, COSHH, and EHO guidelines for food safety and hygiene.
* Monitoring and managing stock levels to optimise efficiency and minimise waste.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar Junior Sous Chef role within a fine dining or rosette-awarded establishment. They should have a passion for food and delivering a consistently high-quality offering. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ambition to learn and progress within the company.
