Introduction CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a well-established automotive business at its Derby-based Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident credit professional who can hit the ground running and take ownership of a busy ledger. The organisation has a long-established presence within the UK motor industry and operates across multiple locations, providing a range of automotive products and services. Previous Motor Trade experience would be a real advantage, while experience using Keyloop is desirable but not essential. The key requirement is strong, hands-on Credit Control experience.
Duties & Responsibilities Proactively manage outstanding debt through regular telephone and email contact.
Take responsibility for allocated debtor accounts, ensuring payments are pursued in line with company procedures.
Produce and distribute regular customer statements and complete daily cash allocation.
Deal with incoming Credit Control queries and work with site managers to resolve outstanding issues.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, providing regular updates on debt recovery.
What Experience is Required Proven Credit Control experience with the ability to manage a busy ledger and work independently.
Motor Trade experience is highly desirable; Keyloop experience would be advantageous.
Strong communication, Excel and data inputting skills, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Location Based in Derby , this role is commutable from Nottingham, Burton upon Trent, Long Eaton, Ilkeston, Ripley, Ashbourne, Chesterfield and Belper .
