Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
Salary: Up to £35,000
Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the success of our IT department, combining hands-on technical support, field support and working in an ambitious technical team.
Key Responsibilities -
* Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting IT issues across various hardware and software systems
* Resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner
* Working with both internal and external teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems
Skills Required -
* Previous experience within an IT Support setting
* Windows OS, Active Directory and Office 365
* Familiarisation with Networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
* Providing excellent customer service, whether remote or face-to-face
