Electrical Project Manager

Position: Electrical Project Manager - HV/LV Installations

Location: Derbyshire office, with sites across the UK

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

We currently have an opportunity available to join a well-established contractor with over 20 year's experience offering design, installation and maintenance services for HV & LV systems across the commercial and industrial sector.

Electrical Project Manager Job Overview

Managing electrical infrastructure projects from inception to completion across the commercial and industrial sectors, with project values ranging anywhere from £1k to £500k

Working on a variety of installation, upgrade and maintenance projects of HV & LV systems within agricultural sites, quarries and supermarkets, with systems ranging anywhere from 41V to 33kV

Overseeing site activities including the installation and commissioning of transformers, substations, HV/LV switchgear, cabling, containment and associated electrical equipment

Managing the overall health and safety on site, and the compliance/efficient completion of projects

Working from the company's head office in Derbyshire and travelling out to sites across the UK

Electrical Project Manager Job Requirements

Strong technical background within the electrical infrastructure sector, with experience delivering on a range of HV & LV installation/refurbishment projects

Good knowledge of electrical infrastructure equipment including substations, transformers, armoured cabling, and switchgear systems

Based within a commutable distance of Derbyshire and happy to travel nationwide

Hold a full UK driving licence

Electrical Project Manager Salary & Benefits

Basic salary £50,000 - £60,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
