Self-Employed Sales Opportunity – With the Backing of a Trusted UK Organisation (Chelmsford)

Dreaming of building your own business but unsure how to get started? This could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

As a Membership Advisor for the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), you'll run your own sales business backed by a trusted national organisation that’s been supporting UK small businesses for over 50 years.

This is your chance to take control of your income, build strong relationships in your area, and become a recognised business champion in your local community.

You'll be your own boss with your own schedule, but you'll have our support every step of the way.

You'll be going it alone, without going it alone.

What we offer:

  • Unlimited flexibility.
  • Uncapped commission, paid monthly.
  • Unrivalled support.

What you’ll do:

  • Win new members for FSB and grow your income.
  • Build and execute a smart territory plan.
  • Generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to maximise earnings.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads effectively.

What you’ll bring:

  • Self-motivation, resilience and drive.
  • A willingness to learn and develop.
  • Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) – helpful but not essential.

Ready to build a successful business with unlimited earning potential and the backing of a trusted UK organisation?
