Administrator
Tibshelf, Nottinghamshire | £26,436.80 - £28,000 DOE | Permanent, Full Time

Before applying, please note this role requires:

  • The right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship, now or in future
  • A realistic daily commute to Mansfield, this is a fully site based role, five days a week, full time only (not suitable for part time)
  • A solid, stable background in office administration, with genuine systems experience (Excel, databases, or similar), and a consistent employment history rather than frequent short-term moves

The Company

Our client is a well established international manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality and innovation, supplying equipment and fitted solutions to commercial and retail customers across the UK and Ireland. They're now looking for an Administrator to join their central health and safety function.

The Role

A varied, central admin role with regular contact with colleagues and customers across the business. No health and safety background is required, full training will be given, what matters most is someone organised, reliable and confident enough to represent the department well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the health, safety and environmental management system, including record keeping, policy uploads and reporting
  • Oversee the contractor management database and compliance documentation
  • Administer training records, certificates and compliance refreshers
  • Support ISO certification audits and keep documentation up to date
  • Manage the team inbox, raise purchase orders, and take minutes at meetings
  • Act as a confident first point of contact for customers and employees

What We're Looking For

  • Solid administration experience with strong systems skills (Microsoft Office essential)
  • A stable, consistent work history
  • A confident, personable communicator
  • Health and safety or compliance background desriable but not required as full training given

The Package

  • £26,436.80 to £28,000 DOE, full time, 40 hours per week
