The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
As a key figure within the company, the Senior Construction Project Manager will:
Take charge of multiple projects, overseeing their entire lifecycle from conception to completion.
Work in diverse sectors such as industrial, commercial, and educational.
Coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
Maintain constant engagement with clients, striving to exceed their expectations.
Ensure efficient achievement of project objectives through effective leadership and coordination.
The Senior Construction Project Manager
MRICS, CIOB, or APM qualifications, or progress towards these certifications.
Significant experience in a Project Management Consultancy role.
A degree in Project Management or an equivalent qualification.
A proven track record managing high-value projects in commercial, industrial, or educational sectors.
Confidence in client interactions and relationship management.
A strategic mindset, with a proactive approach to project management.
