Maintenance Engineer

£55,963 per annum | Manchester | Monday to Friday | 3 shift rotation

About the role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer , you'll be responsible for keeping manufacturing equipment running safely, efficiently and reliably.

You'll be involved in:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across production and packing equipment.

Responding quickly to breakdowns and production stoppages .

Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults .

Carrying out effective reactive maintenance while looking beyond the immediate fault.

Investigating recurring breakdowns and identifying the root cause .

Implementing permanent corrective actions to prevent repeat failures.

Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects .
