We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy Customer Solutions team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
Coordinate appointments and support customer accounts.
Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Manage shared inboxes and maintain accurate customer records.
Provide professional and timely communication to customers and colleagues.
About You
Previous customer service experience is essential.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Confident working independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Computer literate, with CRM experience desirable.
Positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
Hours:
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hrs per week
