What you'll do

• Helping with day to day takes such as budgeting, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation.

• Encouraging and empowering young people to achieve their goals, whether it's finding stable housing, securing employment or building confidence.

• Working alongside a supportive team you will take the time to build real connections with young people and guide them through life's challenges.

• Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.

• Supporting young people, aged 16-25, who may be facing homelessness, mental health challenges, exploitation or substance abuse, helping them to develop the skills to live independently.

You have

• Passion to support our customers to live their best lives

• Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally

• The ability to work?on your own initiative, staying?calm and positive under pressure

• Recognise every customer is different and adopt a flexible, personal approach, listening to understand their needs

• A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it)

The practical bits

• Due to our service being regulated by Ofsted you must have experience supporting young people.

• You'll work a four-week rolling rota, a mixture of weekdays and weekends. Shifts are 5, 7.5 shifts per week. They are a mixture of 8am - 4pm, 10am - 6pm or 2:30pm - 10:30pm
