Day to Day of the Role: Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial screening and telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability for care worker roles.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for quick placement into social care positions.
Build and nurture relationships with candidates, providing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and match candidates effectively.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards during the recruitment process.
Keep up-to-date with trends and developments in the social care sector to inform recruitment strategies.
Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as updating databases and candidate records.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a similar role, preferably within the social care or healthcare sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
