Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

We are looking for someone who has substantial using Xero and Quickbooks to join the team and handle daily and monthly bookkeeping duties.

You can also progress your accountancy career in this role as you develop further skills.

If you feel you don't "tick all the boxes" I still want to hear from you, as duties can be taught and the most important aspect is getting the right person.

What we are looking for :

Knowledge and recent experience of Quickbooks Online, Xero .

Experience in digital bookkeeping for Making Tax Digital purposes.

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

Someone who can spot inefficiencies in processes

Job Duties:

Manage end-to-day bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of clients

Process invoices, receipts, and payments, and manage accounts payable and receivable.

Complete bank, credit card, and petty cash reconciliations, actively identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Utilise cloud accounting platforms (such as Xero, QuickBooks)

Digitisation: Support clients in modernising their financial processes by identifying opportunities for workflow efficiency.
