Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a General Manager on behalf of a leading hospitality brand in Basingstoke.

Key responsibilities:
Lead and develop your management team.
Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
Manage KPIs, labour costs, and productivity.
Maintain high standards of customer service.
Ensure Health & Safety and company compliance.
Analyse performance and implement improvements.
Support recruitment, training, and people development.
About you:
You'll currently be working as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Assistant Manager within:

Hospitality
