Job Description

Fleet Manager (Part-Time) Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday ( 09:00AM - 17:00M)

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and organised Fleet Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our company vehicle fleet. This is a hands-on role that combines administrative responsibilities with basic vehicle maintenance and occasional deliveries.

You will be responsible for ensuring our fleet of approximately 30 vehicles operating across 42 locations throughout London and Essex remains safe, compliant, and well maintained.

The ideal candidate will:

MUST - Hold a full UK driving licence with a good driving record.

Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Have previous experience managing a vehicle fleet or working in a similar role.

Be confident using spreadsheets and digital tracking systems.

Have good communication skills and be comfortable liaising with external suppliers and service providers.

Be proactive and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operation of the company fleet.

Carry out basic vehicle maintenance and routine vehicle checks.

Liaise with breakdown providers, including Green Flag and the AA.

Monitor and review the condition and performance of company vehicles.

Manage fleet tracking and maintain accurate vehicle records.

Oversee fuel and petrol usage, monitoring costs and usage where appropriate.

Book MOTs, servicing and insurance renewals, and keep the fleet compliance tracker up to date.

Coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs with external garages.

Complete occasional deliveries and collections as required.

Ensure vehicles remain roadworthy, clean and compliant with company policies.
