Job Description

City Of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra seeks a Development & Marketing Officer to support audience growth, fundraising and marketing activity. You will act as the hub for Development and Marketing, leading CRM, membership records and donor administration to enable colleagues to focus on engagement and relationship management.

The role ensures accurate supporter data and smooth administrative processes, contributing to fundraising, communications and strategic partnerships within the CBSO.
