Description

Key responsibiltiies of the Purchasing Admin Assistant include:

Maintain and update purchasing records accurately.

Assist with placing orders and monitoring delivery schedules.

Communicate with suppliers to address any issues or queries.

Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices.

Support the team with inventory management tasks.

Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.

Provide general administrative support to the purchasing department.
