Join a growing construction, engineering and renewable energy business based in Silverstone. Working in a friendly, close-knit team, you’ll coordinate projects from enquiry through to completion, keeping customers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, materials and deadlines on track. You’ll be trusted to manage your workload, take ownership of the role and develop as the company expands.

If you have worked as a Construction Administrator, Project Administrator or Project Coordinator and enjoy keeping people, materials and deadlines organised, this could be a good next step. You'll coordinate projects from enquiry through to completion, working with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and customers to keep everything on track.

You’ll make sure materials arrive on time, engineers know where they need to be, customers are kept updated and each project runs smoothly from start to finish.

The position combines detailed project administration with regular contact across customers, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, giving you a broad understanding of how each project is delivered.

The Role

Working closely with the Directors, you'll coordinate projects involving air source heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage and renewable heating systems.

You'll work with a wide range of professional trades and contractors, including roofers, electricians, heating engineers and installation teams, ensuring projects are planned, organised and delivered efficiently.

This is a busy, varied position that would suit somebody who loves organising people, projects and priorities.
