Our client is a precision engineering company that specialising in machining solutions for a wide range of industry sectors. They are seeking a CAD Engineer/Estimator to join their existing team. As a CAD Engineer/Estimator you will focus on creating detailed drawings using AutoCAD 2D and carry out estimating responsibilities for each project.

CAD Engineer/Estimator Responsibilities

Must be able to gather and work to engineering specifications
Create detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD 2D software
Review and update legacy drawings
Provide technical support to the wider team
Assist with the CAD/CAM programming when required
Carry out estimating responsibilities for each project.

CAD Engineer/Estimator Requirements

Previous experience in a Design related position
Experienced in creating 2D designs using AutoCAD
CAD CAM experience would be advantageous
Must be a team player

Junior CAD Engineers will be considered for this position as training will be provided to successful candidate.
