Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for an Accounts Assistant to work in their leading facility in Telford.
For the successful Accounts Assistant our client is offering:
Up to £25,000 per annum DOE
Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM
Permanent opportunity

The role - Accounts Assistant:
Ensure all invoices are matched, correct and authorised prior to processing
Statement reconciliations
Liaising with suppliers via phone and email for resolution of queries, payment requests etc
Liaison with purchasing department to resolve queries
Update payments schedule and record all supplier contact in Sage/Excel
Prepare supplier payments for approval and prepare BACS payment files
Posting purchase invoices to ledger
Post and allocate payments to supplier accounts in Sage
What our client is looking for in a Accounts Assistant :
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role- ESSENTIAL
Experience in Sage Line 50 or similar (ideally with purchase order processing)- ESSENTIAL
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
Positive and flexible forward thinking attitude
