Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications and technical information.

Analyse complex enquiries and translate requirements into clear technical solutions.

Act as the technical interface between clients, customers and the internal design team.

Coordinate drawings, revisions, approvals and technical submissions.

Ensure drawing revision numbers and technical information are accurately controlled.

Identify technical issues, risks and design requirements at pre-construction stage.

Work closely with the Head of Technical to maintain high technical standards and improve processes.

Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, designers and suppliers as required.

Attend client meetings and provide technical input where required.

Help improve communication, reporting and technical coordination across the business.

Ensure technical outputs are delivered accurately, on time and in line with project and commercial requirements.

About You

We are looking for someone who is technically strong, highly organised and exceptionally detail-focused . You will be comfortable reviewing large volumes of technical information and spending time working through detailed drawing packs without losing attention to detail.
You will be:
Proactive and able to take ownership.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

A strong communicator, both internally and externally.

Comfortable dealing directly with clients and attending meetings.

Confident interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
