Annual salary: up to £45,000.00
Location: Croydon
Full-Time, Permanent (42.5 hours per week)
Salary: £45,000 per annum + company van, fuel card, and benefits package

We deliver tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance solutions through long-term partnerships with over 70 local authorities, ALMOs, and housing associations—ensuring safe, well-maintained homes and communities nationwide.
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Dartford, working in partnership with Moat Housing. You’ll oversee the delivery of planned, cyclical, and responsive repairs across tenanted properties, ensuring works are completed to high standards of quality, safety, and customer care. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational oversight, excellent communication, and a commitment to service excellence.
You’ll manage trades and subcontractors, carry out inspections, and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
